The only vehicles I drive are Kia. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Gossett. The service is great and the staff is friendly. They salesmen aren’t pushy and give you time to look around. The servicing team do all they can to help you get back on the road. I give them a solid 5 star rating! 😊

Mr. Jerry Becker was our reason for choosing this service center. Mr. Becker is a very kind gentleman and took the time to talk with me on the phone for 15 minutes before our car was shipped to him for repair. Once he had the car he put a mechanic on it right away. His mechanic diagnosed the issue and had the repair completed on the first day! We are very happy customers of Infiniti of Memphis. My wife and I stopped in to look at a QX60 on Saturday, and we spoke with Kenneth Hubbard. Kenneth was very welcoming and genuinely interested in our needs.
