I purchased a Jetta from Sunrise. The engine locked up before I made my second payment & the service plan representatives were trying to give me the run around and not honor the plan due to lack of maintenance records,but I’d only owned the car 7 weeks before it left me stranded. Tim went to bat for me and got them to replace my motor. My only complaint is that he kept telling me a date,but my car wasn’t ready when the date came.
