They’ve been very courteous I bought my first new car on my own and it was very easy. But within two weeks my window stop going up and down of course they’re fixing it. Major issue with me is they don’t have a loaner they don’t do that now how is people supposed to get back-and-forth to work and continue their lives when they don’t have any other way.. We understand your frustration with no loaners being available at the time of your service, as they were out with other customers. We offer loaner vehicles whenever available to all our customers and we try to keep our loaner fleet full but during Covid our Service Departments have been busier than normal. I would like to take a moment to brag about the Amazing customer service I received from the Gossett Kia Service department today thanks to “Morgan” who was Very Kind and Eager to assist me. She greeted me as soon as I came through the door and went the Extra mile and went straight to my car and took it directly back to have my oil changed and then let me know it was already being serviced and offered me a car wash.
