I bought a 2016 Kia Rio hatchback in 2015, I was super excited that I was able to purchase a brand new car due to my not so favorable credit score. They take a sincere interest in trying to make your involvement with them a positive one. The service manager was in continual contact with me telling me how the service was going and pointing out where an alignment was needed but not part of the routine service. While tire rotation was a part of the normal service, he indicated that after inspection it was not needed saving me the cost of this item. I was in and out in a reasonable time.
