The staff was completely professional. In the past I've encountered sales staff at other car dealerships in Memphis that were dishonest , rude and disingenuous. At Gossett , I didn't have to deal with the cookie cutter , over bearing, fake salesman experience. The team was genuine and went above my expectations. I bought a 2016 Kia Rio hatchback in 2015, I was super excited that I was able to purchase a brand new car due to my not so favorable credit score.
