RecommendedThey’ve been very courteous I bought my first new car on my own and it was very easy. But within two weeks my window stop going up and down of course they’re fixing it. Major issue with me is they don’t have a loaner they don’t do that now how is people supposed to get back-and-forth to work and continue their lives when they don’t have any other way.. We understand your frustration with no loaners being available at the time of your service, as they were out with other customers. We offer loaner vehicles whenever available to all our customers and we try to keep our loaner fleet full but during Covid our Service Departments have been busier than normal. She greeted me as soon as I came through the door and went the Extra mile and went straight to my car and took it directly back to have my oil changed and then let me know it was already being serviced and offered me a car wash. RecommendedI just recently bought a 2022 Kia Sportage EX. I absolutely love it. This is my third Kia now. Mrs. Annette Austin took really good care of me I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me. Mark Martin in the financial department was great very nice. Very talkative and friendly. Everyone was very nice and talkative. I highly recommend Mrs Annette on your next purchase let her fix you up. She will do her best at making something happen

RecommendedI have had 1 bad experience, but it was fixed immediately. It was an oversight, but I have truly experienced nothing but great things from Infiniti. These past 3 years have been wonderful! Hands Down the best in Memphis.
