4.5 stars (there’s always room for improvement) There are at least two sets of review with a car dealership. One for sales and one for service. I’m providing a review on sales at this time. We had a great team from this dealership that worked with us to get our 1st Audi last weekend. Ricky was excellent in showing me the various car choices and options available. Warranty service. They got me in and out quickly.
we got a new car last week the workers were nice and friendly.The place was clean and they worked with us in a professional manner.I would recommend anyone to go to Mitsubishi on Covington Pike.

First let me start off by saying that shopping for a vehicle has been a nightmare, dealing with dealership after dealership. Getting the run around and games some like to play. Well, that didn’t happen when I dealt with Quincy Odom here at Gossett Kia. I originally inquired about a truck they had but unfortunately sold it prior to my phone call. I have never had a problem at this location. Brandon is always friendly and doesn’t lie about wait time or service. I’ve been with Kia 4 years now. Some of the customers , have unrealistic expectations , when the techs are working on multiple cars. Keep up the good work.
