In June 2022, we special ordered a Kia Carnival and was required to put a down payment on the vehicle. We live over 2 hours away and told the salesperson that we would like to have the deal complete when the vehicle came in over the phone so we could just come sign papers and pick the vehicle up. I would highly recommend not wasting your time with this dealership. I have spent an entire week trying to get someone to help me with placing an order for a Sorento Hybrid however I cannot get a response from anyone. I’ve been there since 7:30 in the morning for my oil change and tire rotation and I’m still waiting until 2:41 ! The staff they’re not friendly in service department they are very slow as hell

The CUSTOMER SERVICE is Horrible!! From Taylor to Chip not calling me back for 10 days!! MY car was brought in by roadside assistance because I was having ENGINE ISSUES!! I asked what the down payment would be on a new kia soul, they essentially told me since I was paying on two other cars already they wouldnt take me as a customer no matter how much money i take down there.
very poor Communication skills. Took 5 days to fix the sensor on my vehicle and I hardly got an apology. wont be back

The service department has been unprofessional for our past 2 visits. Both times they have not completed the services we requested. It is ridiculous that we buy a car from here and don't have a dependable means of getting routine maintenance performed. Not only are they incompetent but also show lack of concern over the fact that they have now screwed up 2 solid afternoons of our time. They have taken our money for the last time!

Took my car in due to checking engine light. Went to pick up car and there was a brand new dent in the rear quarter panel. Dealer will not do anything and I was told the dealer and or the manager will not call me back.
