On Saturday September 13 I went to Kia for a regular oil change. Jonathan took care of my Carniaval service needs, and I was in and out within an hour or maybe less, thank you Jonathan for being so kind and so fast and taking care of my oil change on my Kia carnival thank you until next time.

They take a sincere interest in trying to make your involvement with them a positive one. The service manager was in continual contact with me telling me how the service was going and pointing out where an alignment was needed but not part of the routine service. While tire rotation was a part of the normal service, he indicated that after inspection it was not needed saving me the cost of this item. I was in and out in a reasonable time.

Without their kindness today, we’d be stuck in Memphis while passing through from Louisiana to Ohio. They didn’t let us leave without resolving the issue and being sure our van was safe to get back on the road for long travels. We are thankful for y’all.
