Ok I had to put a star in order to write this. I will re-evaluate after my ordeal is finished. Here's what has happened so far. On May 10 I took my car in for a noise problem. May 12 I paid for a new a/c compressor. It was put in on May 17. I picked it up on that day pulled out of parking lot and the exact problem was still there. Excellent and helpful through the sale, but really dropped the ball after I drove off the lot when it came to customer service, returning calls and helping with tagging issues that arose from their end. It also took almost a month to get my owner's manual and spare key. I sit here with a brand new car with an expired temp tag and am unable to get my tags until the issues are resolved. I am not a happy customer.
Went to look around since I have never bought a Kia. When I told the sales person I was just looking and not interested in buying anytime soon, he did not say anything. He just walked away.
