They are charging $10k over MSRP on Tellurides due to the vehicle shortage. After the last year and a half that everyone just had, they should be ashamed for taking advantage of this situation and hiking up the price. We were ready to buy the top trim level, but that's what they were asking for base! Very shameful. We left and had a great experience at Fred Beans VW 10 minutes away.

I was seen promptly… everyone was courteous….I was in for a State Inspection and oil change….. I didn’t wait long.. On the way I noticed a lack of acceleration, and the engine seemed slow and erratic when the gears were supposed to change… there was a noticeable change as the car 🚘 went to 5,000 RPMs and it still wasn’t responding to the peddle..today, the check engine light came on, and when I pulled onto the Newtown bypass, it took a long time to reach 50 mph…. The sales manager had an attitude and was rude. Asked a question and his response was “what difference does that make?” Hello, I’m Ur 5 time customer, it obviously makes a difference to me, I asked!!!

I have lost any and all interest of EVER shopping with Gateway Kia.. I have a 2017 Kia Forte I purchased May of 2017. Months later, there was moisture in the passenger taillight. I called the dealership they said bring it up, all they did was blow air into the taillight and said “The moisture should evaporate” turns out their was faulty seals so I had to go up again for them to fix it. I have now changed that tail light bulb 4 TIMES. The dealership doesn’t believe me when I tell them I have an electrical problems in that tai... read more

I brought a 2016 Kia Soroento in January and I will never buy a car from them again nor will I recommend someone to them. They tried selling me a car that had bad tires on the back but did replace them after going back and fourth. After I got the car I notice there was a crack in the windshield I didn’t see because a sticker was covering and they won’t replace it then I notice the inspection was up a month later. Make sure you get all pricing up front. Went to get tires mounted and balanced that were purchased through Tire Rack and shipped directly to Gateway. When it came time to check out I was informed the balancing part of mounting and balancing did not include the weights which were another $6/wheel.

So disappointed with my Kia Sorrento. Never a worse vehicle. Just had the engine replaced due to the recall. Now the transmission isnt working because of a connecter eroding between the engine and transmission. Only 55,000 miles and just past the 5 year warrantee. Kia will not honor the power train warrantee because its a connector piece. Will never buy a Kia again because they don't back their vehicles. The extended warrantee that the dealer sold us on didn't work out due to a technicality. Just asking that Kia back... read more
