Unfortunately we went there fully expecting to walk away with a new car, however the price advertised on their website was up charged by $4000 over MSRP. Needless to say, we declined and went 20 miles down the road to another Kia dealership where we didn’t pay a dime over MSRP.

They are charging $10k over MSRP on Tellurides due to the vehicle shortage. After the last year and a half that everyone just had, they should be ashamed for taking advantage of this situation and hiking up the price. We were ready to buy the top trim level, but that's what they were asking for base! Very shameful. We left and had a great experience at Fred Beans VW 10 minutes away.

I was seen promptly… everyone was courteous….I was in for a State Inspection and oil change….. I didn’t wait long.. I have lost any and all interest of EVER shopping with Gateway Kia.. I have a 2017 Kia Forte I purchased May of 2017. Months later, there was moisture in the passenger taillight. I called the dealership they said bring it up, all they did was blow air into the taillight and said “The moisture should evaporate” turns out their was faulty seals so I had to go up again for them to fix it. I brought a 2016 Kia Soroento in January and I will never buy a car from them again nor will I recommend someone to them. They tried selling me a car that had bad tires on the back but did replace them after going back and fourth. After I got the car I notice there was a crack in the windshield I didn’t see because a sticker was covering and they won’t replace it then I notice the inspection was up a month later. Worst service department I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with.
Make sure you get all pricing up front. Went to get tires mounted and balanced that were purchased through Tire Rack and shipped directly to Gateway. When it came time to check out I was informed the balancing part of mounting and balancing did not include the weights which were another $6/wheel.
