We brought our 2019 Kia Sorento to Gateway Kia of Warrington's service department because it was consuming oil at an alarming rate. We spoke with service departments at several Kia dealerships but ultimately had the car towed 28 miles to Warrington because George convinced us that he was well positioned to appeal to Kia for a good faith repair of our car or to work with our extended-warranty company. The sales people are dishonest. They'll get you to lease a car and tell you at the end You can buy it for 15000 but in reality when you go to buy your lease they jack the price by 4000 before taxes and fees. When I call ed then on it, I got the run around and more shady sales lines. Never again will I go there. Disgraceful
I been waiting days for a call back about the anti-theft software upgrade I received. Last week I was told they didn't have it and it wasn't for my vehicle. I read the letter I received because my car was in the shop for a different dangerous problem that wasn't being taking care of. I was told by Mike he had to talk with his manager and call me right back. I wanted 2 days and didn't receive a call. First off, let me say that Scott and Andy were very helpful. My KIA Soul was towed from my house to the dealership on 11/14 for an appt on 11/15. Did my car make it there? Did they start work on it on the 15th? What work needed to be done to my car? Timeframe for completion? Estimated bill? Could I get a loaner vehicle since engine issues are not covered under insurance (rental car). Long story short, they had my car for 22 days. Gateway Kia refused to honor my mom’s lease but out . This is despite a 4 page lease she signed Bergeys is working with me - Don’t deal with these guys. Just bad business Bob Williamson

the sales department, But the sales department had us come back at least 3 to 4 times to buy a upgraded 2020 KIA SOUL RED THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD GET US INTO THAT CAR AND THEY HAD US DRIVE BACK AND FORTH 4 TIMES AT 20 MILES EACH WAY AND WE STILL DID NOT GET THAT CAR THAT WE REALLY WANTED, THEY JUST SHOULD OF TOLD US THAT WE CAN'T GET IT DONE I WAS VERY UPSET OVER IT.
I’ve been reaching out to all the Kia dealerships within 2 hours of me looking for a specific car. Kayla was awesome to deal with and a great help in confirming the car I’m looking for was on location! Then I was transferred to Alex for the sales process and the whole experience ended in a disappointing 30 seconds. He asked when I could come and I said I could be there the next day. gateway Kia. you ripped off a friend of mine. he has a contract to buy a leased car at the end of the lease. you would not honor it. he is one of the most honest gentleman I have ever met. You cannot treat people like that. you lost my business.
