I only had my 2013 Kia Soul for a tad over a year. I got it pre-owned and loved it. I received an email saying that they wanted my car and could put me in a brand new one for the same monthly payment. I checked it out and decided to give them a shot if they met my needs. They did it all. My salesman Rick Abatte(sp?) was straight with me, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly nice. The usually always painful paperwork process turned out to be quick and easy. I just bought a per-owned certified 2015 Optima EX for my wife. The car is in top notch shape and came with all the transferable warranties. My salesmen Scott Dutter was fantastic to work with, in and out of the showroom with willing to come in on his day off to make a deal happen. Got to love a salesmen that doesn’t beat around the bush and doesn’t pressure. Thanks again for the great car buying experience, I hope when and if the time comes for service they do as well as the sales floor.
We just purchased our 4th Kia. We have had excellent experiences with all of them. Nothing other than ordinary maintenance has been required on any of them and service has been excellent. The sales staff, who worked with us on the new purchase, were very accommodating and made the experience a pleasant one, which has not always been the case with other dealers. We highly recommend Gateway Kia of Warrington and expect that we will be back for our next vehicle.

Honest advice. Ask for Tom when you stop buy. He was an awesome dude. Wasn't to pushy, was knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a customer.
