Last night, after much back and forth from Kia Finance in California, I was told to return a leased car from a deceased family member to my local Kia dealer. Staff where wonderful nice on time made sure every thing was ok by come up stairs to let me know what happened at all time Thank them very much.
Thank you Gateway Kia, took my car in early tonight for a first thing in the morning oil change, noticed I needed an inspection too by next month so inquired if they could do that as well then went to eat dinner down the road on the way home...they called before dinner was done that all was finished and can be picked up...WOW!
