RecommendedThey had a sale going on that seemed too good to be true. I was very skeptical like everyone. I came from Columbia after 5pm and my original salesman Dylan, that promised he would be there, stood me up. It was for the best though, Ravi Roopnarine was there to save the day - at 7pm an hour before they close. He gave us a lower rate on a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with under 50,000 miles and an extended warranty. Despite how the night started, what Freeland CDJR promise they deliver! My day started out horrible. Went to the dodge service department in Murfreesboro and they were the rudest people I had ever met. I was almost in tears. I called Freeland Dodge and spoke to Michelle. She was the nicest and most helpful person that I had ever spoken to at a dealership. I told her my problem, she told me to bring it in and they would update the modules for me. I took it in, Michelle was equally nice in person!! I want to thank them for making my day end on a great note!!
