Freddie provided excellent customer service and exceeded my expectations. He was attentive and provided clarity on any issues I informed him about as well as the ones I didn't. He helped me understand the needs of my vehicle. He never pushed me to do anything I was not comfortable with or unnecessary as I know a thing or two about cars as well. Everything he informed me about I already knew and needed. He was honest and kind from the beginning. I will return because of Freddie. Thank you!
I brought my 2016 Accord Sport in for rear brakes and replacement of one of the front wheel inner tie rods and an oil change. As usual my weight time to talk to the Service Advisor Guillermo was very short. He already had the paper work ready for me all I had to do was sign. My car was ready to go before noon. Guillermo went over the work and answered a question I had about the ABS system and I was on my way. Honda of El Cerrito has always done great work on my car, for a great price.
Service was quick and efficient. People were friendly and knowledgeable.
Thank you for the awesome job
A very satisfactory servicing visit. The agent who was assigned to me was both friendly and knowledgeable, offering some good suggestions about subsequent repairs and part replacements. I was happy that there was not the usual 'backup' the day I went in, so that I didn't have to wait for half a day to have my car attended to -- as has sometimes been the case in the past...
Great work, didn't wait long for oil to be change
Got in and out quickly. Great work!
Customer Service was Excellent. Guillermo was outstanding in his explanation of the service that was done to my vehicle and what I would need next as far as service which I truly appreciated. Thank you so much for having employees like him. All I can say is Excellent, Excellent, Excellent and keep it up!
Wonderful Service adviser, his name was Jeffrey, he went over everything with me in a clear and concise manner that I, as a woman, could understand
