I went in and expected to not be approved for the car of my dreams but they made it happen and I dont feel like I walked out with knots in my stomach as previous car buys. AR was very kind and helpful and everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I would defintely buy from this dealership again.
I had a great experience recently at El Cerrito Honda with Jesus Chiquet. He kept me abreast on the process and how long it was going to take.
