I've had service done on my Honda ever since I bought it 2010. The staff always have a smile on their face and are friendly. I've never had any problem with service or staff. The job is done correctly and not rushed. My go to guys are Mel and Freddie. They make sure that the job is done to my satisfaction. The Multi point inspection system is excellent.
