The service tech (Matt) was really friendly and professional.
I have been getting my car serviced here for 7 years. I also purchased my car with them. Excellent customer service. Very professional, they get you in and out on time. Thank you
Always the best service with Honda El Cerrito! Thank you to our service provider, Jeric and his team. He's honest with recommnedations and provides the best service.
Mel Santiago was very helpful about what maintenance I needed to my car. Service was excellent.

Received excellent service and great communication
Liked: the person helping me was great to work with. They washed my car. Didn't like: the dealership either isn't good at scheduling, or they have no respect for appointments.
Jeric gave me excellent service. He has wonderful communication skills. He kept me apprised of everything that was going on with my car all along the way. I appreciated this very much. Best service ever!
It was a Great service, I am content to have the service when it is necessary
