The repair center check-in process was fast, and they clearly explained what my Honda CRV needed. Everything was great. The only downside is that I was informed that my car would be ready around noon. But it was late-late-late afternoon, and they tried to change it to the next day morning. I wish they had informed me of the delay around noon or even earlier, so I could plan my day better.
