always spectacular I had an appointment for 9 am, upon arrival I was greeted and escorted to the office, they went over the plan for my scheduled service. I waited at the center where there is always good coffee and other treats available. Mike is my usual advisor, he was not there on this day, I believe Chris Dupont was the name of my advisor that day. Chris was outstanding, kept me advised. Great Staff and service! Every time I get my KIA serviced I am very impressed by the Staff & service they provide. They meet me at my car, walk me in to the service dept, offer a ride if needed, fill out all the paperwork quickly they explain it and ask if there is anything else I need done to the car or if there are any problems, then I'm told about all the things they offer to make the wait comfortable, they keep me updated on how long it will be, which is never more than an hour, then when my car is ready, they walk me to... read more
Saturday Service As with my past experience with the service center, I was met with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service was completed in a timely manner, which speaks well for the dealership overall.
Flat tire John, was very friendly, he accommodated me by calling me at my job instead of leaving a message on my phone, like I asked. Many people don't!

smooth Service experience was swift and polite. BUT no car wash ???? PS: Your ultra comfortable couches are too low for us senior citizens to get out of easily. Put them on plastic blocks available from various catalogs.
Average I took my car there for an oil change and I was supposed to get a call when my car was ready but it never happened. I had to call 6-7 hours later and I was told my car has been ready for some time. When I got there my service advisor didn’t explain anything to me, I didn’t even see him. The lady at the reception was very nice, she apologized and provided me with the inspection sheet (which was not included initially).
