The service I received at Daytona Kia was 5 stars. I was in/out in an hour without an appointment. The place was clean and well kept and all the staff were friendly and cordial. It felt like a family atmosphere and I enjoyed everything about this Service Department. Richard Nisbett has made this a great place and I wouldn't want to take my Kia anywhere else.

The staff we encountered were considerate and very knowledgeable about our needs. Rodney and a coworker went above and beyond and saw we were tired and wanted to go home, he delivered our vehicle to our house. Appreciated it very much.

Made appointment online for routine oil change. Somehow did not crossover to service department. Still was taken care of right away and was in and out in a very decent time frame. Car was washed and that was a plus. Always can count on this service department for their spirit of excellence.
