I came to your location because I am visiting my daughter in Port Orange. I needed to get the oil changed now, but I admit I wasn't all that comfortable about coming to a different dealer from Mall of Georgia where I usually go. I am very pleased to say I would recommend your dealership just as I do Mall of Georgia AND Taylor Kia - the Sylvania, Ohio, location where I purchased my Kia Forte before I moved south! Cliff and Rodney was absolutely amazing! They were very patient with me as I communicated back and forth with my husband via phone! They made buying a NEW car easy, not stressful, enjoyable, and made me feel like I was truly valued. Cliff went over every detail of the car indefinitely! Rodney wanted to make sure I got exactly what I desired and was extremely helpful in so many ways . I highly recommend Daytona Kia to any one!!!! I went to Daytona Kia because they had the very best advertised internet price. I walked in knowing which car I was going to purchase and what price I was going to pay. I was completely done with the transaction and driving home in less than two hours. Gail was my salesperson and she did a great job explaining the features of the car. Excellent service as usual! They always treat me well and make me feel my business is appreciated. This was a fairly involved warranty repair and they did it good and set me up with a loaner which I appreciated.
