Brian Macdonald made our purchase at Daytona KIA as smooth as it could possibly be. Absolutely zero pressure, answers to every question, great selection. We bought a K5 EX and couldn’t be happier. I worked with Jamie. She was very professional, explained everything to me and walked me to my car. I didn't work with Chris this time.

My car was in need of routine maintenance and recall work, all of which was done to my complete satisfaction. Jaime offered to drive me home because there would be a 6-hour wait because of the recall. I declined the offer and was very comfortable in the waiting area until the car was ready. Jaime was very friendly and professional and went over all the work that was done once the work was completed.
Professional and courteous staff. Easy to schedule an appointment. Appointment times are honored and wait time is kept to a minimum. Clean and comfortable waiting area.
The best service I have ever had. Brandy was outstanding. Had a problem with the Radio, was ordered a new one, put in and problem solved.
