Terrence was a very pleasant salesman. He put me in what I wanted. Jimmy did as best he could with the financing, since I had very little downpayment and upside down trade in.

The person that did my oil change removed the sticker from my window and didn’t put a new one up. Now I don’t know when my next oil change is due. Besides that I keep getting emails stating that my vehicle needs an oil change and I just got one with you guys. Recordkeeping doesn’t seem to be very well established there. Very disappointed with this service appointment.
