The buying experience wasn’t too bad but I had a problem with the radio of my brand new purchase and called. was informed that I would be gotten back to and never was had to bring it down myself to get it fixed
I was treated very well by Bob. I am retired and this was the first time I ever purchased a car on my own. He kept me from anxiety attacks and found me a cute car perfect for me to putt around town in.

Mikel, the sales person was fantastic!! He was polite, informative, a fine listener, a great explainer and very pleasant to have as an associate! The service itself was very good and I continue to be very happy with my car (used, purchased here). I was surprised, though, by the lack of customer information available to the staff with access to the computer. I had to explain several times who I was and why I was calling ("No, I'm not calling about an oil change. I'm calling about the Safety Recall I was notified about."). I would like to actually have a complete approval BEFORE I go into dealership and then they haggle with me. It takes too long to get approved.
