I had to wait over 5 months for a recall replacement over 5 weeks for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I called to confirm my appointment that morning and they didn't let me know that the ride I had scheduled online was out and they had no one to take me to work then I waited close to 2 hours for the service. I would have given a lower rating but their staff was very limited and was courteous.

Very professional and helpful. All of my questions were answered. His word was kept regarding fixing existing paint and dent issues. Everyone was friendly and outgoing.
Good to see others enjoyed it. I still need to talk to Jerome. The techs kept my KIA for 2 hours and all they had to do was adjust the settings; they were. obviously "partying" on my radio because they left it on their station. Service is Horrible!
