On time & professional during the scheduling. During the drop off the advisor was friendly and informative. The service advisor & courtesy car driver were very nice.

I originally came in to sign papers for a car my husband had swapped out. I was curious (and doubtful) that they would even take my 2014 Hyundai Tucson. I asked what my trade in value would be, not expecting being able to drive off in a brand new car from the showroom. Terence Anderson was amazing throughout the entire process. Second car I have bought from this dealership. Service is always friendly and helpful. Really like the Kia performance and have little to none issues with vehicle, great value!
I waited for my car for over two and a half hours which to me was a little much for what was being done. Saw many others come and go. Not happy
