Friendly service. Unfortunately, the recalled parts were not in stock so we’ll have to schedule another visit.
This was my 1st time at this dealership and I was very pleased with the warrantee work that they did on my 2019 Sorento.

Kia customer service has diminished quite a bit from when I first started bringing my car in for service. I use to brag on them all the time. Now usually a wait before anyone addresses you or you address them. Seems to have only one service advisor a lot. Forget about making an online appointment, the system never crosses over. Granted they do seem to be quite busy but should have a better check in service, maybe offer numbers to pick on arrival and call next number instead of trying to figure out who is next in line to spea... read more

I brought my car in for a recall and oil change I scheduled in advance. They knew what needed to be done. I had an oil change but they didn't have the required parts to fix the recall. They told me to reschedule. That's another day spent for me.
Had a great experience with my car service and was satisfied with how they took care of me.
