As always, the service department makes each visit comfortable. Jamie was knowledgeable and courteous and the work was done well. In doing the 30,000 mile service they discovered a couple of areas that needed additional service and scheduled me for a return visit. The only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars is that when I returned to the dealership and my service rep, Jamie was at lunch, I was completely ignored by another service rep when I tried to get a status update

I had a great experience getting my car serviced. I know that's hard to believe. I worked with a young lady I believe her name was Jamie (the first service desk towards the road.) She was so polite & knowledgeable and made my service visit a pleasure. Jamie is a credit this Kia Dealership and Kia overall.
