They were great about letting me know what was happening along the way. Tyler did an excellent job of calling and letting me know the expense so there was no surprises.
Thus was our first service for our new Kia Soul. We were stuck on I-4 in a bad storm, so we were an hour late for the appointment. We were assured they would honor the appointment.

the staff is friendly and courteous, they try to have your car fixed as soon as they can, I would recommend them to anybody, after service they wash your car.
I didn’t buy my car at Daytona Kia because they didn’t have any Tellurides. We loved the dealership when we had our Borego. After several disappointing services at DeLand, I had to try Daytona again. Service and staff are as great as they were way back when.

Great service, they even secured a loose quarter panel corner for no extra charge. They also showed me how dirty the AC filter was, so they replaced that too. Finally I bought a Kia Niro specific window sun shield, and they took over 25% off the list price.
Very efficient and friendly staff. No wait time. My car came back cleaner than when it went in.
