I bought a car and it had no mats or spare tire the sales people ie Ross didn’t even send the IOU over and Timothy was able to get the mats and spare tire to me in record time.. I got a certified car and there was no inspection done but Jennifer took wonderful care of me and she got the inspection for me.. and was extremely professional and wonderful… Thank you so much
