Fast, friendly and efficient! There is a Lia dealer working 20 minutes of my home but because I had such an awful experience with the service department there, I will absolutely drive well over an hour to Daytona Kia anytime I need any type of service. They kept me informed and were so very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to come here for everything!

Two visits, for the same issue, 4 hrs first day. next day 4 1/2 hrs. Service rep was friendly and kept me updated.
The service part was fine, but whoever drove my car left the seat all the way forward (I’m a big guy, almost broke my leg sliding in). They also re-tuned the radio to their preferred channel, and readjusted the rear and side mirrors. That’s pretty basic no-no’s in dealer servicing 101.
The sale men jr was very knowledgeable in his product and made it easy for me and my husband to purchase our vehicle. We love him. Jr is one of a kind.
The dealership itself is very clean and friendly. However the day I was there the tension between employees and managers made me very uncomfortable. Not what you want to observe while waiting on your car.
