I was their from 10:30a. m. till 2:40p.m. on a Saturday. The wait was really long but the service got done.

They got me in and out within 2 and 1/2 hours with new tires and even gave me a ride to my appointment in the rain while they squeezed me in.
Kept me informed during my wait. Don't understand why they don't have a package deal for 60K services recommended. The cost, of approximately $900, is NOT reasonable. The last time I had my car serviced, oil change etc, I mentioned my 60K service. I was told most of the normal services they would be preforming, during that visit, were similiar to the 60K service. So needless to say, I was quite shocked to hear how expensive those services would be!!
