I worked with Chris on my appointment, and I was impressed with his professionalism. I was concerned about how long the wait time would be, and Chris told me it would be about an hour. He was correct. I had questions about understanding the tire pressure information shown in the information window and he explained that in detail. He also made sure that I was pleased with the results of my appointment, and I was. He was a pleasure to work with.

The service center at this location is excellent! They complete the job in a timely manner and I was even provided transportation to and from work while my car was being serviced!
Help was great. Coffee was awful . We also have a Nissan. Their waiting room is great.
Service department and DOUG are great however manufacturer sucks- it took over a year and a half to get trim replaced as every time it was sent it look worse than what was being replaced🤦♂️🤦♂️ Now tailgate handle needed replacing and of course issues with manufacture back order with No ETA for item 👎🤷♂️
