I needed new Key Fobs as my old ones, had worn out. My Kia Sportage was purchased new in 2013. We called, they ordered it, and now Tyler Morris set me up for the Fobs to be programed. Surprised at two prices, and was supposed to have gotten a Senior Discount. Yet I don't see it on my statement. All was taken care of in a timely fashion, also my car got washed, happy me for that.
This was my first device and Chris was outstanding with my service. He explained everything that was being done to my car. He stated my service would take about an hour and 30 minutes. That was correct.
Very friendly and cordial met all our expectations I would record them to anyone if anyone wants to ask.
When I bought my car in California I had a problem with my car shaking between 40-50mph and they said sorry we don’t why you’re having that particular problem. I just moved to the Daytona area and took my car in for that same problem and Daytona Kia not only found the problem they ordered my axle and repaired it nicely, it runs better and smoother then the day I bought it. My service advisor Jason Rapp was on top it and kept me updated.
