I’m not used to not talking to a mechanic or service manager. The service guy was nice. He couldn’t really sell me on the services he was recommending because he really didn’t know if I needed those services to be done. He got the info from the so called mechanic or service manager. I recommend a mechanic or service manager to come and speak to the car owner so we can get a better understanding of what our cars really need and not something the dealership is trying to sell or force us to buy.
Great interaction with service department. I was informed of everything that was to be done and received a courtesy ride home and back to the dealer again. Work was completed quickly and competently. Interior of car was even cleaned before I received it back again. My service support rep was outstanding. Courtesy ride driver was extremely affable and professional. Well done!
