My new truck would not start and I had two tow trucks refused to tow me cause I couldn't get the truck into neutral. I call chevy service and Josh came to my house and got my truck started then followed me to the shop so they could figure out what was going on. They gave me a loaner, which was very nice with them and a day later. I got my truck back all fixed. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate that. Josh drove out to my house to help me with This. It's been 12 years since I've bought a new car and my first time working with Commonwealth. The process was quick and easy. My salesperson, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, polite, patient and helpful. He did a great job going over all the details and operating all the components and settings. Service department handled the recall issues for my car. I was kept in contact of what they needed. And provided me with useful maintenance checklist at my request to keep track of future visits.
