Finding the Chevrolet area of Commonwealth was difficult, so I went to Honda. Jeffrey was most polite in checking the stock # I presented, and we drove to the Chevy area whereupon I took a test drive. When I decided to make the purchase, he arranged for me to pick up the vehicle that afternoon. Poe at Chevy gave me the car tour, set up my phone, and showed me the various options. Brought my Malibu in to replace the headlight assemblies and they were no as clear due t their 11 year old age.. Service advisor was there to get me onboarded for service. confirmed my on the phone quote for labor to do the repairs. Was a nice experience. Service Advisor Johnathan was there to meet me as well and I thanked him him for his prompt attention and personal assistance picking up the car. Cost was very reasonable. Will return for future repairs..

I have used the service department of Commonwealth Chevrolet for many years, and I can offer nothing but superlatives about them. They do marvelous diagnostic work and repairs, and their professional courtesy has always been exemplary. I should probably that they have a very comfortable waiting area, equipped with wi-fi, so I am always able to get work done while I wait. Bottom line: FIVE-STARS all the way!
