I was in an accident on 8/11 had my truck towed to this dealer. My truck is still not ready. I would love to talk to someone in management or one of the owners I hear on the radio all the time . It’s 2020 black Chevy Tahoe. My insurance rental is over tomorrow and they claim they don’t have loaners and will not give me a rental until they fix it . Highly recommend service department. Scheduled quickly, diagnosed quickly and accurately (unlike other Chevy dealer.), ordered parts and problem solved! Impressed with how they come out to you when you arrive, you don't have to go into the office to figure out where you should be and who you should talk to. I have to travel a distance to go there, so I appreciated that they took me right in, completed service faster than they said, and got me back on my way.
