Chris O. in sales helped me buy my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. He walked me through the entire sales process. He explained all the figures in an easy to understand manner. After we took my new Trax for a demonstration drive he showed me their state of the art service department. When I picked up my new Trax he went over every button and control .I understood all the features. It was a great experience and I would recommend Chris O.and Commonwealth Chevy to anyone.

Went in for an unknown sound. Although it took a couple tries to solve the problem, the work they did that ended up not being the problem was work that was definitely needed. Took me in without an appointment, gave me a loaner overnight. No complaints. Waiting area has good wifi and charging stations, was able to get work done while waiting. I drive past another Chevy dealership to get to Commonwealth because of their excellent service.

I read some of the other longer reviews, and thought I should elaborate on my earlier review. The “technical” work they performed for me was quite expensive, and, it was the SAME problem that had been repaired by Commonwealth say 10 or so years ago on the same vehicle! No one guaranties anything for 10 years, but I wanted to have the conversation.
