Worst new truck purchase ever Stay far away from these crooks. They refused to honor their extended warranty. The salesman had the nerve to tell me that he didn't sell me the warranty. The owner would not even speak with me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will buy several new trucks in my lifetime and I will never go back to Lawrence to get one. Buyer beware.

I had been browsing online and came in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. Despite it being new to their inventory, Chris was very knowledgeable about the vehicle features and up front about what service needed to be done. He was great to work with throughout the whole buying process. This is the 3rd used vehicle I’ve purchased from Commonwealth and I continue to be very happy with my experience.

Purchase of a 2019 Silverado 2500 pickup Chris Holder, our product specialist with Commonwealth Chevrolet did a fantastic job on not only getting us the best deal possible, but staying on every detail. When we mistakenly ordered the wrong size plow for the truck, Chris followed up with the installer and managed to get the switch for us with no hassles whatsoever.
