Everything went great. The service guys were very good!
Cathy the service writter is communicative also confirms appts, when its ready , providing a car always seems to be done in a timely manner... however the advised services air filter and cabin airfilter ... is ridiculous I have less the 20k miles... I figured ill check them when I get home... they look brand new was disappointing that they are trying to take advantage of customers. How do you believe what is really necessary???

Coast Mazda has an excellent service department. Very attentive and complete. I especially like the video from the technician showing what has been done and what is recommended to be done on the car. Very helpful.

My appointment was for 11 am and I arrived at 10:50. My Service Adviser "Dan Johnson", took my Mazda Cx-5 to the Service bay. Before he left he showed me where whe waiting area was located. I have been coming to Coast Mazda for over 4 years and have been treated fairly every time.
