Fast service and nice accommodations
Although I did not buy a vehicle, this was by far the best dealership in terms of communication with the customer I've experienced these past five months searching for a vehicle. I was contacted by not one, not two, but three representatives from the dealership. And I even received a personalized video too. I was able to get swift responses for what I was looking for. I wish all dealers had this professionalism.
It's expensive but at least they do it right and inspect the vehicle thoroughly.
The simple oil change that was scheduled ended up taking almost 3 hours. Turns out the service team didn't communicate with each other and my car had been done and ready. They didn't charge me for the long service which was nice.
