First time GMC buyer I was previously a customer of Rick Matthews Buick as per my location. I went to have a new key Fob made for my Buick LaCrosse. Rick Matthews service was lazy And machine was not working to produce a key. They claimed They would call. After 2 weeks and no call I called Ed Morse who set up an appointment for the next day.
