The service advisor went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about him. He took care of my needs while I was there and got me in and out as I was under a time constraint.
Everybody was extremely helpful. Erminson was the absolute best. He made buying a car a breeze. Extremely patient with my pickiness and eased any worries I had. Great experience truly. That's a lot to say for the process of buying a car.

Waiting time was good but I miss the car washes. Car washes should be at least done when serviced

I've been through about five or six service representatives at Coast Mazda and he is by far the absolute BEST!! The guys/mechanics in the back are thorough rest assured you can trust in them and get the job done, big or small.
