I My car was repaired at Coast Buick GMC in New Port Richey, not Mazda. The service was impeccable thanks to Cathy in Service.
All ok except twice on my invoice they printed out my car was old,high mileage,poor condition. Then do a 27 point inspection and found absolutely nothing wrong. Service writer was shocked. Said he would not have thought that. Would have given 5 stars, but not after insulting my car that I have kept in great mechanical condition. Probably trying to get me to buy another. My car has over 200,000 miles. This was the very first garage repair. I did one other $50.00 repair myself. Great car. Why would I disparage it.

They pulled the bait and switch on me. They never had the car that was advertised during our negotiations. Invited me to drive 1:15 one way. I accepted, drove up there only to find that it was sold. The young man they assigned to me to deliver the bad news tried to get me into another car. Bradley flat out lied to me, one hour before I arrived. Pay close attention, the whole story will be in my review. I could have written it already but I am busy looking for a Lexus somewhere else.
This place said to fix tire noise issue replacement of all FOUR tires was needed, and charged me for alignment that was not needed. Immediately after leaving the dealership I drove to tire shop and they replaced ONE rear left tire to fix the issue.
car was driven hard and put away wet, car in poor shape not very well taken care of by previous owner.
Parts and labor charges were way out of line. Almost 700 dollars for parts that should have cost about 500 and labor charges of almost 500 dollars.
Awful my service advisor never listens I told him to do my oil change and Do Not rotate tires when I came to pick my truck up tires were rotated so I had to wait for them to swap them back. He is the cause that I never pick my car up on time cause he never follows up with the customers to say there car is ready just terrible service advisor
