Terrible. Dont trust this dealership anymore. Wrong milage stated on the car fax report. Milage at time of service was 135,842. I asked for a QUOTE on a transmission fluid chang while the regular oil change was done. when car was ready they said there was a communication error and that the transmission fluid was change was done. I was furiousbecause because all I wanted was a engine oil change. They did nt charge for the transmission oil change, but would not provided me with a service invoice stating the transmission fluid.... read more
They repaired My vehicle after a front end Collison and had me leave their shop without putting any coolant at all in my car causing me to overheat and breakdown 3 minutes down the road. I just recommend going over your car before leaving the lot.
Would not recommend using this dealership. Our Salesman was nice but beyond that I would not return or recommend anyone go there. We bought a Lincoln Navigator $64k+. They said the car was detailed however I do not believe they actually detailed this (how do you not detail a $60k+ car?)- we got home to find dried animal urine in the carpet and tracks between the seats and lots of dirt and animal hair. Terrible customer service.
The staff at the service center for GMC is where I actually was. Never again will I use them. It took FOREVER for a SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE! Peace out !!!
This body shop kept my vehicle for 8 months then returned it unfinished. Airbag hanging out the steering wheel, hood put on crooked, coolant leaking all over radiator with big ginormous hole, air vents all hangout out plus many other things. It was so bad the insurance company decided to go ahead and finally total the vehicle after 8 months of waiting because this body shop missed up so bad and charged double the amount they originally quoted me. Turned my car in for A/C work they said it was compressor they replaced it wasnt the compressor and took it back they fixed but the car was damaged so six weeks later i went to pick it was fixed and repaired and the A/c did not work!
I no longer own this car.
