William Arians.....customer Everything that was promised with the repair was fulfilled. There was no surprises with the final cost of the repair. It was the original price quoted to me. So I was not inconvenienced at all, a rental car was issued at no cost to me. Also, it is apparent that they stand by all of the repair work done by them. Great Service Department For service and with Hector I would not hesitate to send anyone to Ed Morse Mazda. For sales? Well if Hector could sit in on the process I would refer for sales. I would recommend for service definitely without hesitation but would caution on sales process that is 6 to 7 hours long (financing is part of this process I would caution on as well especially after the process is complete).. Hector Service Hector and the rest of the service personnel are friendly, helpful, take the time to explain recommendations. I trust his judgement. He makes you feel like a family member. I also want to compliment Miguel in sales. I purchased a car from him in the past. He listens to what you want, respects my preference of thinking a purchase through.
