Ed Morse Auto Plaza Port Richey William Hill is an outstanding Service Advisor. He is polite, cordial, knowledgable, and efficient - from beginning to end, frequent communication kept us informed during the repair process. William explained explained in detail the necessary repairs that our vehicle needed. When those repairs were completed, he reviewed the details once again. Interaction with other staff was outstanding as well. Everyone was polite and cordial.

CX-5 Mazda My battery would not turn over the car. Called AAA out to jump start the battery but the battery was fine but still would not start, was told to have it towed to dealership to get a professional look. After having the service/mechanic check out the car and referring with Madza office they found the problem and in a short period of time had the car running like a new car and back to my wife and I. We have been customers for 15 yrs and three cars. Keep up the wonderful work and we will see you for the next 15 years.
