Seems to be a reputable dealer. Very happy thus far. Very friendly service and so far they have been very accomadating with any issues. A review is a personal thing...I should not have to keep saying more because you are telling me it is too short. I will not even complete these again if it continues to be this annoying.

Tracy & Jeremy really make you feel like you and your situation are very important to them and the dealership. They both were 'extra gracious' in being considerate about my time restrictions and did everything possible to make sure that the things needed were organized, timely and done right the first time. I have been very pleased with the services received on every visit. All employees take the time to talk with customers about services required, time involved and routine maintenance checkups. I would certainly recommend anyone who has a GM product to go Autoway Cadillac.

Everytime I bring my SRX in for service Alfredo gives me great customer service. It is a pleasure that Alfredo know who I am everytime I bring my SRX in for service. This is the second SRX that I have owned.
