My SRX's battery had a bad cell and would not start. Called AutoNation Cadillac, spoke to the GM Michael Stanton who told me to bring the vehicle right in. Upon my arrival at 1:00 PM, Jeremy Buehrig promptly greeted me, had all the information and immediately took my car in. Battery replaced, cabin filter replaced and oil and filter changed and on my way by 2:00 PM!! First class service from Michael and Jeremy. Outstanding experience!!

Bob Duran was a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend you ask for him when you get there.I met their service department, and all the managers. All the staff was helpful, and I love my ATS. Mr Rupe was a wonderful and informative Gentleman. We are looking for a new car for our family and came in to see what was out there. We have not come to a decision as to when. But when we do decide we will come looking for Mr Rupe. He made us feel like we were special and he really cared for our needs .
