My SRX's battery had a bad cell and would not start. Called AutoNation Cadillac, spoke to the GM Michael Stanton who told me to bring the vehicle right in. Upon my arrival at 1:00 PM, Jeremy Buehrig promptly greeted me, had all the information and immediately took my car in. Battery replaced, cabin filter replaced and oil and filter changed and on my way by 2:00 PM!! First class service from Michael and Jeremy. Outstanding experience!!

Mr Rupe was a wonderful and informative Gentleman. We are looking for a new car for our family and came in to see what was out there. We have not come to a decision as to when. I've known Frank for a long time and he knows about my car in side out and has been always there when I need service on my car. Since he is now manger for services Alfredo stepped up to the plate and been a great person. I Would recommend this dealership because my vehicle is I Would recommend this dealership because my vehicle is finished. It's a DTS DeVille, 2001 and I did get exactly what I paid for at pick-up. I had an AC pressure line replaced, and the other issue was my windows stopped operating, they are fixed now.
