I met with Bruce with questions of a certain price and mileage. He called me back and was eager to assist me. He was very personable. It was an extremely cold evening and he noticed my daughter was cold. He offered a jacket to wear as we walked around the dealership. He has called me regularly to update me on the progress of a particular car and its whereabouts. It was not a new car but he treated us as good customers. I felt comfortable and am looking to buy a second car in the future with him. Thanks!

As akways, another great experience Alfredo Crespo makes my visit easy. He always takes the time to explain everything to me and never pressures me into work that can wait until the next time Alfredo is always friendly and helpful while remaining professional . To be honest, that is why I continue to bring my Cadillac CTS Coupe to Auto Nation in Port Richey.

Although I cannot recommend this dealership, I would highly recommend Sales Representative, Rodney Rupe, if you are going to this dealership. Rodney was professional and pleasant to deal with in all aspects of my experience. He is definitely an asset to Autonation Cadillac, and you can trust him to be absolutely honest with you.

I have had my 2013 mazda cx5 serviced at AutoNation Cadillac. The customer service I receive is above and beyond. Alfredo is my service writer and is always friendly and helpful even though I don't have a Cadillac I am treated the same! He makes sure my car is safe and serviced so I do not have any issues. I am never pushed to spend more than needed, and always leave feeling like I was treated fairly, and wasn't ripped of like other dealerships!

My experience at AutoNation Cadillac of Port Richey was a surprisingly pleasurable one. Amidst the tarps, scaffolding and construction, the service staff as well as the sales staff were all very helpful and appeared to take the remodeling in stride. Rodney was the sales person who assisted me. He put me at ease and helped me locate the car I was shopping for and was very knowledgeable about Cadillac. If you are in the market for a Cadillac or a preowned car, I would strongly recommend this dealership.

I was shopping for a car for Christmas for my wife. i contacted Autonation Cadillac spoke with Bruce Pileggi and he emailed me some cars that were for sale with them. I was suppose to get a Chevy Equinox for my wife, but the another dealership sold it. Bruce called me after the new year and said I have the perfect car for you. So my wife and I went down there that Saturday and test drove a 2010 GMC Terrain and my wife loved it and we drove it home that afternoon.
